Number transfer 4G

I have removed my sim card and it will not register with virgin network. It says it's unavailable.

Thats a very odd sentence..
I assume you don't really mean you took your sim card out of your phone and are now wondering why it wont connect...

Hi

I have got a new sim card for 4g and forgot to transfer my numbers over to my phone before I put it in my phone. I took out the sim card and put in my original one to retrieve my numbers and now my new sim will not register

Re: Hi

Hi loopy2010

Thanks for dropping by and taking the time to post here.

If your new SIM is now active, this will have deactivated your previous SIM for the same number. However any contacts stored on the old SIM will still be readable by your device, which would be ideal if you need to transfer contacts back to the phone before inserting your new SIM again.

Hope this helps and if you need anything else please let me know.

Thanks
