Not receiving account emails.

If I make a payment or any other change on my online Virgin Mobile account, the website says it has sent a confirmation Email to my specified Email address.  I am not receiving these Emails.  I have checked my Spam folder, but nothing from Virgin there.

Any ideas please ?

What a pain. Apply this guidance on what your spam settings should be. That should sort it.

Thanks for the reply.  It is a private webmail address (@talktalk.net) not a Virgin email address I am using on my mobile account.

The you'll have to talk to VM mobile on 789 - free from your mobile.
