Not received my order yet

I order a sim card last week and i got an email today saying it was gonna be delievered today, well i got home and nothing has been delievered. I checked on my account and it says it has been delievered and activated, also when i try to track it, it says unknown reference number which is strange, i would really like to know where my order is because this is just taking the **bleep**. Virgin really need to fix up on their delievery service because i really do not have the patience to deal with this.
