Not Happy

Why is my bill went up to £36 !! I never wanted a house phone in as I don't need one I only need Internet wifi but I am Charged a lot more than other company's are offering ?

It seems to me that loyalty discounts or a welcome discount has expired from your account.

Without being able to look into your account, it's difficult to say for definite, however, as I work in customer relations, the team should be able to help.

As I am not in work or a part of the social media teams, I have no way of checking, so my only suggestion would be to call Customer Relations on 150 / 0345 454 1111 (options 1, 4, then 5) and we can have a look for you.
Keep in mind, our teams in customer relations, can be very busy, so there may be a wait to get through. Also keep in mind that there is no guarantee that we will get you a better price, however, without looking, I can't say if you will or will not.
