No order information

So yesterday (29th June) I ordered a new mobile phone contract, it all went through fine and said something along the lines of 'it's now over to us'. I then received no confirmation email, or any email what so ever, and I have tried logging onto the virgin mobile online and it says it doesn't recognise my email address. So I am not sure what is actually going on with this.

 

Any help or info would be appreciated!

Sorry to hear you've not had information regarding you're order.
 
It appears you've posted the same quesiton more than once.
