No confirmation, card charged

I ordered an iPhone from the Virgin Mobile web page on 11/6. My credit card account was charged but I have received no confirmation of the order. Can you please help me figure this out? Thanks.

Yep I suspect they still don't have stock of the model, memory and colour you ordered, I'd call in on Tuesday giving them time to email you with a delivery notification, if no email by 10 am call and ask for more info, an order number at the very least, without that they gave no proof it's been ordered for you
