No SIM card!!

I ordered a SIM card on the 15th Jan, my bill date is the 16th and the direct debit is due to go out on the 30th...

I still haven't received my SIM card and its now the 23rd!!! I want to change the direct debit date and it says I need to phone 789 from my virgin mobile to change the DD...

How am I supposed to do that or make use of my sim contract when I haven't got a SIM card and why am I being charged before I can even use it??

Not impressed as I have just joined :/
