Had a new Samsung S7 two days ago. Letter from virgin today with same phone but now £6 a month cheaper.
Rang to ask to be switched to new deal as within 14 day cooling off period. Only way this can be done I am told is to send back the brand new phone(which is now second hand) and have another phone sent out.
I am trying to save the company money but cannot understand how it is not possible simply to update the contract whilst still keeping the phone.
Apparently the computer says "NO" and that is that.
