A Mobile phone arrived in Friday which is a a Christmas present for our son, it's scratched.My wife and I spent an hour on the phone last night being redirected to 5 different people, departments? I was told last night I need to speak to customer services.
Today I rang up and was redirected four times. A man named Kyle said he'd call me back in the hour to arrange collection of the mobile, that we would need to send it back before reordering another one. He hasn''t called back. I have been with ntl and it's predessors for over 20 years and have never had such appalling customer service.
PLEASE advise us as to how to sort this out. Thank you Paul
