"I ordered a new monthly contract phone, dated 27/09/2016. To date 11/10/2016 Virgin have sent me 4 sim cards none of which are compatible with the Sony Experia E5. I have telephoned their call centres many times, spoke to "supervisors" etc. I am going to cancel my contract they have stressed me, I have lost work and income. Virgin offered me a measly £2.00 as "compensation". Disgusting useless company"
