I ordered a new phone today on a monthly contract. How long should it be before I receive the email to sign the credit agreement? The only one's I've received so far are 'welcome to your account' and verify email address. The phone was supposed to be getting delivered tomorrow but I assume that won't happen because I haven't signed this. Not a good start for Virgin mobile!
