I got a new contract with a sim, and number yet when I contacted virgin had no recollection of the number and I have asked to port my number this all happened on Tuesday and still nothing. I have now come abroad having 2 phones, if I can't get my number ported soon I am going to have to keep my other contact !! Can anyone help or tell me how to get this resolved without calling from abroad ?
