New Order - Not completed?

Hi,

Completed a new order for a Mobile online today, not received any emails since, I know I'm meant to complete one in 48 Hours and nothing has shown up.

Existing media customer, is there a known issue?

Would suggest you give them a ring. As an existing media customer you can do it free on 150 and choose the mobile option.

Welcome to the Community, off the bat it sounds as if the order wasn't placed as the confirmation email is usually sent out automatically if any order is set up. 

As enli has mentioned, I'd recommend giving the team a call on 789 from any Virgin handset or 0345 6000 789 from any other to confirm details.
