New Customer No Confirmation Email

I am a new Customer and after many problems with my current provider whom I have been with for about 7 Years, decided to do research and choose Virgin for my new phone. 

the online process was fab and It was completed quickly.

However I have not received a confirmation email or any sort of correspondence from Virgin.

What is going on?

Has it failed? Has it gone through?

If you have an order number from your application, then call 0345 6000 789 from any phone, from the order number they can help, without one you'll need to wait for a staff member to reply

Unfortunately my Current Phone (Vodafone) has no service, which has been the case 99% of the time since Jan 2015 and I am so glad to be leaving them.

But have no phone Smiley Sad

If you contract falls through and you like your current phone, consider getting it unlock and buying a sim only deal, don't forget that virgin currently has no 4G service, that may come this month but no announcement yet

Hi I did try getting on the chat facility but after waiting hours for two days trying and it saying you are busy I gave up. I then had an email saying that you couldn't offer me a contract. 

I'm not sure why it was declined but it is a shame as there's only a few companies that have coverage in my area and you had the best reviews and prices. So I will have to go elsewhere.

Try EE Virgin use their network and EE provide 4G and Virgin don't yet...........
