New Contract

Hi

I took out a brand new contract yesterday and received all of the relevant emails to sign my credit agreement and tick the terms and conditions and then not heard nothing else. Ive tried signing in to my account but it just says 'oops somethings gone wrong'. Has the order gone through?

Hi Mallam29,

 

this forum is mainly a platform for customers to help and advise one another.

As such, for queries regarding an account your best option would be to call Virgin customer services on 789 (free) from a Virgin mobile if you already have one.

Or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone (standard rate call or included in any minutes) and ask them about your order.

 

Alternatively if you are happy to wait this post may get responded to by one of the Virgin team on here but that could take a while.
