Can anyone advise on how I can order a replacement SIM for one of my VM accounts? If I can avoid having to call then all the better!

you are best calling and speaking to a member of the Team for this: Free call 789 from a Virgin mobile, 150 from a VM landline. 0345 6000 789 (standard rate call) from any other phone.
Just have your mobile number and account password handy and be sure to make it clear that you require a replacement SIM (so same number).
