I want to change my tariff and get the £8 (30 days rolling) contract as it has double data offer going on right now. However when I called to do so I was told that I can't do it because this offer is only for NEW CUSTOMERS. Tbh I was very disappointed and I think it's not fair as well. As an existing customer aren't we suppose to be entitled to all offers? And does this mean in future as well we can't take advantage of any such offers? I know you want to get more customers but think about existing customers as well.
