Have had extreme problems with voicemail. When I go abroad I ask Virgin to stop the voicemail - sometimes they do sometimes they don't. The biggest problem is re-activating the voicemail on my return. You go through all the motions with Virgin and you find that nothing happens. In September I effectively didn't have voicemail running for a month. Even after they said that it was switched on again. Now I have returned from abroad again, and requested they switch the voicemail back on again- spoken to numerous agents, but still nothing happens. I still have no voicemail. I am so incensed now that I am going to stop my direct debit.
