I am really annoyed now - I still havent received my sim - blooming poor service Virgin Mobile for new customers! I have been waiting 7 postal working days for my sim to arrive. I have posted 2 messages on her but no reply.
I want someone to contact me asap with an answer. I also would like compensation for the delay as I have now been billed by my old phone company for another month.
