I have 2 iphones on my Virgin A/C myself and my wife. When I login in to my account only my number comes up and I can only see my monthly bill. Virgin tells me my wife's number is not registered but can get it registered NO and she has had a Virgin mobile for 3 years or more. I'm seem to be going round in circles all the time. I even rang customer services but they directed me back to doing it on line. I beginning to think it might to time to change mobile provider. Has anyone out there got an answer for me. Life is to short for chasing Virgin for answers.
