My wife's mobile account

I have 2 iphones on my Virgin A/C myself and my wife. When I login in to my account only my number comes up and I can only see my monthly bill. Virgin tells me my wife's number is not registered but can get it registered NO and she has had a Virgin mobile for 3 years or more. I'm seem to be going round in circles all the time. I even rang customer services but they directed me back to doing it on line. I beginning to think it might to time to change mobile provider. Has anyone out there got an answer for me. Life is to short for chasing  Virgin for answers.

have you tried to register your wife's phone here: Registration

You will have to use a different email address to that of your own account.

Hi Alex

Yep tried that. The answer to that when tried was" Only Pay-as -U-Go can be added to your account" I just can't get my wife's number to come up anywhere.

Hi cavalier1,

I know that you can't add another pay monthly account to your own.

Hence my suggestion of using the register link to create a separate new account for your wife (using a different email).

Hi, have you tried the help links to find out what email address the online account may have been set up with. 

https://mobile.virginmedia.com/ecare/forgottenBoth

If it comes up not registered, then you will need to create a new online account with a separate email address to the one you use to log in.
