My sim card didn't arrive.

Hello.

As the topic says, I orderer a Pay Montly Sim Card last friday and didn't recieve it. I recieved a message on my e-mail that "in the next 24h I'll get order confirmation" or something like that but I didn't.

Could anybody help?

I talked to someone of the virgin media team online and solved this by the phone. Close it, please.
