My new mobile account won't recognise email or password now

I set up a mobile account a few days ago when I ordered a phone &2 pay monthly sims. The account worked fine for the first couple of days but for the last day or two it won't recognise by email address & password. It's really p****ng me off now. Any help?

try the forgotten info route? or see if it will let you create a new account with the info 

 

Or ring 789 for them to reset it for you?

Thanks for the reply. I'd been trying to log in using my iPad & the iPhone I've just received, both with no luck. I've just tried the PC on IE & it works fine. Must be an issue with safari although it was working fine at first.

It may be worth checking your apple device isn't automatically making the first letter of your password uppercase, I had that issue!
