My Account app for my mobile

I can't find this app and want to download it to my laptop (Windows 10) 

Maybe I'm too old,

it was just an automated message that you received. Not taking into account that you have a Windows device.

The app is available for Android and iOS.

Hi Graham5,

 

there isn't a Windows app but you can access exactly the same information by going to http://m.virginmedia.com/account from your browser. 

You'll need to be on mobile data at first but once setup you'll be able to access it over WiFi.

The exact message I had on my phone was "We've just refreshed your allowances. To view them, get our free My Account app from your app store. Simply search 'Virgin Media Manage' "

 

Well you say there is no app and I can't find one, so why are virgin telling me to go to my app store?
