My 2 year contract is ended.

My 2 year contract has ended but I'm still paying same price. Last time it was reduced after this time. How do I do this? I want to keep same phone.

Re: My 2 year contract is ended.

You'll need to speak to Mobile Customer services via 789 from your handset or 0345 6000 789 from any other line.

They'll be able to review your tariff and agree a new price.

Just be aware that most new phone + tariff deals from Virgin Media are on their 'Freestyle' contracts, which means that the tariff and the phone cost are separate. So once you've paid off your handset cost, your monthly price automatically reduces to the tariff cost only.
