I would suggest speaking to the team to try and get this resolved and maybe they could guide you on how to prevent the suspension being applied for future instance

they can be contacted on 789 from a virgin mobile or 0345 6000 789

Thanks for taking the time to post. Sorry to hear you've used your allowance really early in the month.

 

If you have a Pay Monthly or SIM Only contract then you can't top up. If you've hit the allowance limit then you'll be charged automatically for any extra calls/texts/data you use. You can check our charges by looking here.

 

If you find you're regularly hitting your allowance then it may be worth thinking of increasing your package. You can take a look at our latest tariffs here or by logging in online here and going to 'Plan and device'.

No I've clicked on those links and I can't access the links ice paid £75 on quick pay and that was yesterday and I've still been blocked from making calls I'm not happy

I'm not able still to be able to call or text I paid £75 yesterday they said my account would be up and running today it's not it's disgusting I need this phone because of my illness !!!!

Mobile contract account suspended

You keep sending me the same links to unblock my account I have paid £75 off my bill why aren't u getting it made active again
I'm getting really fed up with it and seriously am thinking off canceling contract !!!

No I have not and I'm sick of it I am leaving virgin media
What is the point of all this nothing is resolved I can not call them I am bipolar and can not chat on phone so I can not contact them
I'm going to get pay as u go sim on different network
