If you have a Pay Monthly or SIM Only contract then you can't top up. If you've hit the allowance limit then you'll be charged automatically for any extra calls/texts/data you use. You can check our charges by looking here.
If you find you're regularly hitting your allowance then it may be worth thinking of increasing your package. You can take a look at our latest tariffs here or by logging in online here and going to 'Plan and device'.
