Hi every one just wondering if anyone knows how to get in touch with the credit check dept as today refused upgrade on mobile and it seems this could be some kind of fraud as never give bank details to anyone not even family but customer services say can't tell me any details data protection but need information for police and bank to look into many thanks
I'm sorry to hear you suspect fraud has taken place. Something similar happened to me and it's certainly not nice.
