Mobile top up

Hi I topped up my pay as u go phone yesterday via my account online it never got to the end of the process and froze with a sad smile face so I refreshed and tried again and it did the same I never tried again but checked my bank and both payments was taken but my mobile account still showing £0.00 even though £20 has left my account so what is wrong with your payment system as it's crap . Can anyone look into this mobile number ends in ************ thanks Andy

I have had the same problem in November it did this and today I topped up and it's done the same again so now waiting again to see if they will sort it 

not happy at all with this.
