Mobile support

Hello I have just arrived on holiday in Cyprus with my son, he has prepaid for the Internet and had this all set before we set off advisor from virgin told him exactly what to do and he has done this accessed the "roaming device" and he can't get and signal. This is very frustrating as we don't have any other method of phone so can't even phone a technical support very disheartens when this service has already been prepaid for.   Please help, I can even email to get any advice

Virgin runs on the EE network and EE have a problem with roaming at present
