Mobile phone upgrades

I am trying to upgrade mine and my wife's phones and am supposed to receive 3 emails to complete the process. Unfortunately I am only getting 2 of the 3 emails. The 2nd of the 3 emails contains a unique security code which you're required to enter and I'm not getting this email. Anybody else experiencing the same problem??
