Mobile number ported without consent

One of my mobile numbers was ported out without my knowledge (and despite me calling Virgin and blocking it as soon as I received a PAC message) and had apparently been moved within seconds of the PAC code being issued. This phone number was used to gain access to my bank, steal money and call hundreds of numbers. I have noticed that Virgin only ever ask for the 1st, 3rd and last characters of your password, as I have called them several times in the past 24 hours. How do I listen to the original call asking for the number to be ported and is it likely to be a Virgin employee? Thanks
