Mobile not registering abroad

Hi ive currently travveled to france my phone isnt registering on the networks i cant log into my online mobile account as ive forgot password to check if roaming is activated and its wanting to send me the code by tex but cant recieve as my phone not on a network

Hi sparkymw,

 

for Pay As You Go customers roaming is on by default in the account.

For Pay Monthly customers it's off so necessary to activate it before traveling.

If you're PAYG just try rebooting your phone or do a manual network search.

If you're Pay Monthly then perhaps you could borrow a phone / payphone to call Virgin Mobile. Their UK support line number is: +447953 967 967.
