Mobile login - change tarrif

When signed into My Mobile account and I click on Change Tarriff, In the long list - I'm offered 4 £5 sim-only deals (listed below).  I'm tempted to hit the select button on the second offer down.

 

Are these real sim-only offers you will honour ????

I've just noticed the same thing on my "change tariff" selection, can't be right surely.. I'm tempted to press the button but I don't want to screw up my account... any further info yet?

I haven't got no further yet, I don't want to hit the select button for the same reason as you, did try ringing but run out of time waiting for a answer. I'll try again tomorrow.

Not surprisingly, the multi-choice selection screen with several different options at the same price now seems to have disappeared..

Like the old saying goes, if something appears to good to be true, then it usually is.. Smiley Very Happy

In the end I decided not to call in - if something don't look right and is unbelievable, be wary of it. lol

 

I know someone who did phone in about it, he was told by offshore that he could only change to one of the new freestyle sim only plans, sort of makes all the 49 choices listed in the "change my tariff" a bit of useless.

 

£5 sim with 250 mins and 1gig data shown below was the one I was looking at, cheaper than my present sim which has less minutes and only half the data.

Still being advertised to me - hit the select button last night (£5 sim, 250 mins, unlimited texts & 1 gig data).

Site said an email was sent with details of the change tarrif - but NO email was received, the online account now say's that on the 29th (my refresh date) a new tarrif of £5 will commence, there is no mention what is included in that tarrif (minutes, texts or data).
