Mobile and tariff order

After waiting a few days since applying online for a Virgin phone & tariff, I presume I am waiting for an online credit agreement,  can anyone tell me how long it usually takes to hear back by email? Thank You.

Hi there,

I recently upgraded my mobile contract yesterday but I have only received emails 1 and 3 for the credit agreement. I have not received email 2.

would it be possible for you to resend the emails,

this is something you will need to talk to customer services about.

Give them a call on 789 / 0345 6000 789.
