Mobile account app

i switched from a SIM only deal to a 24 month contract well over a week ago, and the SIM was deactivated within an hour, but my mobile account still shows the SIM contract and usage. When will this switch over so that I can see what I'm using on the new phone contract?

Thanks for your post on the Forum. I'm sorry that your switch over to the 24 month contract hasn't updated on your account yet. Has this been resolved for your since your post?

Thanks. My account updated on Sunday which was the sim only renewal date. Not sure what that means for billing but otherwise sorted.
