I am not exactly sure what you mean.
You have a Virgin mobile phone contract? With an allowance of a set number of minutes?
If you go over those minutes, then you will be charged for further calls that you make (I believe 40p per minute).
However you will not be charged to receive calls from a UK mobile or land line
