I am having difficulty registering my number for an online mobile account. I am having difficulty viewing my bill and doing number other tasks. When I try to register the mobile number I get the following message
Sorry, the customer has a park order
I have called virgin customer service number of times and I am kept being told a ticket has been raised with IT.
I am so sorry to hear about the frustrating issue you're faced with trying to get access to your online account.
If the guys from the customer service team have advised an IT ticket has been raised, then they would be unable to do anything else at the moment until this ticket clears, this will resolve the issue for you.
However if you would like me to check on this for you please let me know and I will have a look into the IT ticket.
