Mobile Account - Can't login

I am trying to get access my online mobile phone account but I put login details in but it said they are wrong so done the forgot my password bit and still nothing. I am the account holder and would like to check my bills. Could you help me? Thanks

I have not be able to loggin so i am not sure what device in conected.

Could you login me out to try it?
I am using the same username and password to login but i can not get access.

Sorry i need to check my phone bills cause probably there´s something wrong and I am being changed more than we expect. My mail address is ****************@gmail.com. Could you send me my user name and my password please? i tried to use the links bellow those field but they don´t work and always shows me the same alert message: i don´t know what else to do. I´ve tried all the possible ways to get access.

I'm afraid we're unable to send you your username and password as we don't store these in plain text which means the data is encrypted.

 

Are you still having issues logging in on our side?
