I have a number of pay monthly mobiles on my account but only one shows up (Mine) not my daughters. The account is paid up to date (from my bank account) but I need to access the records of my daughters phone account as we have received a large bill £99.87 which my daughter insists is incorrect. However I can't prove or disprove that. How do I access a second mobile account that doesn't show but has in the past?

If your daughter's mobile number isn't included on your account, please go to our online website: Your Account and click on register, then enter the mobile number and requested details in order to set up the account.
If it is set up on your account, then you should be able to view the account via your login details on the above link. It should look like this:
