MOBILE CUST 10YEARS+ FAILED CREDIT CHEQUE

I have been with Virgin Media for both mobile and tv etc for over 10 years. I recently entered a Trust Deed on 04/10/16. I attempted to upgrade my mobile and failed the credit check. Is this because of the Trust Deed? I have a copy of my Credit Report but it doesnt mean much to me.It does show my Trust Deed and also an outstanding balance from a 2nd moblle i got for my daughter which have now paid as was adv that was why my upgrade wouldnt go through. I am now considering leaving Virgin as my loyalty obviously means nothing to them! Any advise would be appreciated.

I have no idea on you specific question, however Virgin have a much more difficult credit check criteria than most suppliers
