I'm trying to access my mobile account as I have had an email stating that I'm being billed £56.00 when my next DD is due but cannot get into my account to check my statement.
As I never check it as I never get anywhere near my monthly limits want to see where this has come from. So have indicated that I could have forgotten both my email and password but the response is that it doesn't recognise my name or number. Any help would be great fully appreciated.
Sorry to hear you are having problems signing into your online account. I was able to locate your account based on your forum details and noticed you do not have an online account set up yet. You will need to register your details first but it should be easy enough.
Just pop over to our registration page and follow the instructions to set up your online account and you will be able to see your bills once completed.
