Logging in

Still having trouble logging in to my account new password not recognised again when will virgin fix this problem any ideas?

Hi 4GBwhy,

 

I'm really sorry that you're still having issues with changing the password on your account.

 

The new password requires a mix of uppercase and lower case letters between 8 and 10 characters. Give this a try and let me know how you get on.

Hi mat still having trouble when I put my new password in it will works but when I log in on another occasion it ticks both the e-mail box and password box then above said boxes a caption says  password or e-mail not ecognized.

This may be linked to the autofill settings on the browser. Are you able to try a different browser such as Google Chrome to see if this works?

Hi mat same problem tried to change password again not accepted prompted to enter e-mail address & mobile number for authentication code to access my account code only valid for 24 hours what happens after that ?.
