I'm trying to access my account from an iPad. The fun starts when I try to access the Virgin Mobile website - it takes a couple of minutes at least before the site loads. So much for being on Virgin's super fast broadband or it the website? When I finally get to the stage when I'm asked for my Username and Password, they're rejected, despite being preloaded. Finally, I try to reset my password. I enter the required details and... Nothing! The screen redisplays, asking me to enter my email and Virgin Mobile number. When are Virgin going to sort this out?
