Unbelievably frustrated with Virgin Mobile Customer Service! I want to close my account and move to another supplier. I phoned customer service last week to do just that, was put on hold for 10 minutes and then was hung up on. I phoned again today and the same thing has happened! Added to this I now have a debt company chasing me for a Virgin mobile debt I do not have! Any admins wish to comment on your appalling customer service?
