If The Option For Changing A Tariff is Available Online Why Doesn't It Work?!
My husband has been on the Virgin starter package (PAYG) since he obtained his first mobile 100 years ago; now he has an Android Samsung ACE 3 and is still on the start package, but wants to change to the Big Data and Text package, because it's data and text he uses most and that's swallowing his money.
He's tried loads of times to change the tariff online and every time he gets the message 'Oops! Something has gone wrong'. There's another post about this and the answer is to ring 789. OK. So why have the option to change online if it won't work? Also, will he have to change his phone number?
