I still haven't received my credit report and it's been over 28 days.
I recently failed a credit check. I applied for a credit report via the email supplied by the company and was replied to, confirming the receipt of the address and informing me that I would receive my report within 28 days.
The email was sent on 30/6/15 but I have still not had my report.
I am desperate to change over to Virgin as I am paying £25 per month with Tesco mobile, and yet I have no signal, so I am currently wasting money and am unable to contact people. Please help!!!!
