Its paid for, my card has already been charged but I haven't had a confirmation of the purchase yet. Im using WiFi to make the purchase and check to see if it went through, so I can't exactly call, hence the reason I'm trying to buy a phone.
I have the same problem as Seamless39. I ordered an iPhone from the Virgin Mobile web page on 11/6. My credit card account was charged but I have received no confirmation of the order. Can you please help me figure this out? Thanks.
