I ordered a phone 72 hours ago still haven't received a confirmation email

I ordered a phone, virgin media took my bank details and i got an order id and was told i would be contacted within 24 hours, its now been 72 hours and still nothing! i have broadband with virgin media and this is making me question whether i should stay as i have seen many people complaining about this too.

Hi Bethany19,

 

as you say, you have seen "many people complaining about this".

You probably already know that the best thing you can do is give the Virgin mobile team a call on 0345 6000 789 and enquire about your order.

(I would leave it until tomorrow now though, during working hours).

i have the same problem, ordered an iphone 5s with tab on wednesday but still no confirmation email

virgin media did contact my mom's number multiple times and was asking for my dad, mom did say that they will call again in a couple of days yesterday

me and my dad also called 08009528046 to inquire about the order

we are scheduled to recieved the order today but i'm not sure
