I have been on sim only rolling contract for a while and since got virgin home. Just noticed I can get a higher allowance for less. How do I switch tarrifs as this is not on my virgin mobile account?

There is normally an option on Your Account to change your tariff. Once you have logged in click on the tab plan and device. You should find an option here to change your tariff.
Alternatively you can give our mobile team a call on 789 or 0345 6000 789 where one of our team will be happy to help.
