I had my services suspended and yesterday morning paid my phone bill up to date.And still have not got my services back i cannot get in touch as even calls to virgin are blocked on my phone.

Hi corrinlouisewal,

are you able to use another phone to call Virgin Mobile customer services on 0345 6000 789 for an update on your account.

Alternatively, you may be able to contact someone here: Help and Support - Contact Us > Mobile > Mobile not working > Chat online.

The advisors are often busy though. Hopefully your mobile may be working again sooner Smiley Happy
