I am running out of data. Have just topped up but no increase in mb on my account??

Hi,

For first time ever I am close to running out of data 3mb left out of 250mb monthly tariff.  Refresh due on 28th Aug but  wife in hospital so I'm rushing back and forth and need data for bus times etc. Topped up with £5 but no increase in data? Any suggestions or do Virgin have a number I can call?

Hi Tim7,

 

once you have used your allowance you will be charged at the daily rate of £2 per day for each day you use mobile data.

You can call Virgin Mobile customer services free on 789 from your mobile.

Thanks, they immediately gave me 500mb free. Top marks to Virgin too.
